Do you create custom candles?
We can do custom vessels and candle scents. If you are looking for a particular color, material or scent, please contact us!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. However, shipping will be calculated per order as the cost will depend on where the item(s) are being shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Generally, domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days but I cannot guarantee this time frame. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is received by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

What is your return policy?
Curly Girl will gladly send a new candle if the purchased candle is defective. If you send me a picture of the issue (i.e. tunneling, melt pool doesn’t reach the sides, the wick extinguishes before an hour) I will send a new candle to you. My return time frame is 14 days from purchase date. Thank you.
What is your turn around time?
Once an order is placed, there is a 48-36 hour processing time. I ship orders Monday through Saturday. I try my best to get orders packed and shipped within 48 hours.
